The Project Management Fundamentals Level 2 course is a comprehensive training course, designed to provide learners with fundamental knowledge of the project life cycle, project management practices and principles.
In this instructor-led program, you will learn how to implement an effective project plan and understand how to execute a project successfully by breaking it down into critical phases.
This course covers everything you need to know about project implementation and execution, from budgeting to stakeholder management.
Throughout the course, you will sharpen your problem-solving and analytical skills, gaining a solid understanding of change management and the scope and requirements of a project. On completion, you will have excellent knowledge of the project work breakdown structure and will have the expertise to guide a project from the idea stage to completion.

Entry Requirement:
- This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
- Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the course.
- Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.
