Many of us experience stress in life, whether this is in the short term from one-off projects or long-term stress from a high-pressure career. This Stress Management Diploma is specially designed for you if you are someone who wants to learn to manage stress and lead happier healthier lives. This course will enable you to consider the management of workplace stress at an individual and organizational level and will help you to develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and manage stress at work.

This course looks at the impact of stress and how we can minimize the negative impact on our health and well being.

Who is this Course for?

As there is no experience and qualification required for this course, it is available for all students from any academic background.

Entry Requirement:

  • This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
  • Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
  • Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.


This stress management course does not involve any MCQ exams. Students need to answer 3 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

    Some fairly basic guidance on stress, what causes it at work, with some better guidance on how as a leader you should spot and manage stress, overall very useful, especially under the current Covid-19 situation.
