Enrolling in any of our online courses is very easy. Search for your course and after that from the course page just click on the ‘Take this Course’ button which will add the course to your cart. After that click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
This will then be followed by the checkout screen at which to enter your payment details. Once your payment has successfully gone through, you will receive instant access to your online course.
During the checkout process, you need to create your account if you don’t already have one. After that, you can access the course by logging into your account.
If you have previously any account you can just log in and purchase the course. The course will be added to your account after making the payment.

If you have purchased some courses for your stuff you need to send us an email with their email address, full name, and course name. After that, we will assign them to the course and they will receive an email with the course access details. If any learner doesn’t receive the login details after checking the spam & junk folder they need to contact us regarding this.

After successfully completing the course you will able to receive the certificate for your course.
You can take the PDF certificate for £4.99 and the hardcopy certificate for £9.99

After placing the order you will receive the PDF certificate within 24 hours. The hardcopy certificate will take 3-9 working days inside the UK. Outside the UK it may take 20-25 working days.

We provide one year of access to the course, and you can complete the course within one year anytime you want. After one year if you still need the course access contact our support team.

You can attend the mock exam three times for practice purposes. If you fail the final exam on your first attempt you can retake the exam by paying £3.99 retake fee.
