Prince2 can be used across industries and is essentially a system of going from beginning, middle, to end through a series of processes to ensure you meet all the project’s needs. Our Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Course is a comprehensive course with two exams at the end which will really test your learning. You’ll cover all the different areas of Prince2; from business case, quality and organisation to plans, risk, change and progress. The course will take you through all of the processes involved; the starting and directing of a project through to the closing of a project. In the Practitioner section, you’ll go into more detail about initiating a project, directing it through delivery and closing it down through the final delivery process.
