Great that you added techniques for detailed risk and control assessment, helped me a lot in office. And the testing and sampling techniques too quite handy. I will definitely recommend it.

  7. Unsatisfactory Course

    1

The whole course seems to have been copied and pasted from a totally different source and not even proof read after it has been done. This is evident by the numerous spelling and grammatical errors (usually around 100 per module), the fact that diagrams are nowhere near the section that explains or highlights them and the fact that whatever font that is being used is not suitable (I have had to copy information to elsewhere simply to read it coherently and at least 3 other people have said it hurts their eyes to look at.

The structure of the course seems to also be in the complete wrong order as many later modules would clearly be better served by being at the start to help ease into the material and having them at the end seem completely moot.

The times listed to read each module are often widely off as even though I am a slow reader I am taking almost 4 times as long as the time it says it should take.

The questions for the mock exam and final exam are also rife with errors showing a total lack of attention and I give the following examples:
What type of evidence does require to close-out a noncompliance? – Grammatically incorrect
What general information does an Internal Audit Noncompliance and Corrective Action Report shall include? – Grammatically incorrect
What quality does an auditor shall possess? – Grammatically incorrect

    Also the following question:
WHICH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS SHOULD NOT BE ASKED WHILE LISTENING TO AN AUDITEE?
    1. “HOW DO YOU PERFORM THAT PART OF YOUR JOB?”
    2. “WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS…”
    3. “I UNDERSTAND, THAT IS VERY INTERESTING.”
    4. “WAS IT A RIGHT DECISION?”
    Marked Answer :
“I understand, that is very interesting.”
    Correct Answer :
    “WAS IT A RIGHT DECISION?”

I chose the answer I did as that was clearly not a question

I have given this course a single star only because I cannot give it any less.
