The course curriculum should be broader. Other than that, it’s all right.

    Zero stars !
Out dates and irrelevant. An absolute waste of money. Do not pay for this course.
The exam 25 time’s multiple choice questions with a 60% pass rate) asks you pointless questions mixed in with out of date questions. There’s nothing to learn on this course. Not one question in the exam was relevant to maintaining a motorbike. How is knowing the ‘best aluminium polish” from a choice of 4 out dated products or what the best thing about a “Variable Venturi Carburettor is” going to help me change my oil or replace worn brake pads on a modern bike ?
Modules 1,2 and 3 are childish, the next few are out of date and then the last ones are far too specific to be of use to anyone. Unless you have a pre 70’s motorbike and side car with a dry clutch, 4 forward, one reverse gear and a hand gear shifter … oh and you’re American … then don’t bother with this course.

  12. Motorbike Maintenance Course review

    3

Overall this online course will give you an understanding of how “A” motorcycle works
BUT if you believe that it is going to make you capable of carrying out maintenance on your Motorbike please think again. This course will give you an appreciation of motorcycle mechanics but you will have to delve far far deeper in order to gain the knowledge and skill set to carryout even minor servicing.

As many have stated this appears to be written in the USA with outdated information on 60’s-90’s motorcycles. With only a slight nod towards more modern machinery. unless your riding a classic bike you may want to think about this course as a nice way to spend a few hours

Overall I would say the course is in need of updating.

    Hope this is of use
