Overview

The Professional Electrician Course will provide beginners and specialists with everything they need to perform repairs, as well as commonly undertaken electrical maintenance. You’ll learn how to deal with the challenges that present themselves in this role, whether you want to run your own business or work for an established firm.

This is a unique program that will allow anyone with the technical and practical skills to qualify themselves to become an electrician, and other career choices made available. You’ll be tutored in all the principles of electrical circuitry, both in theory and with practical exercises.      

After the completion of this training program, you’ll be given valid accreditation in Electrotechnical Services, and the experience to make a start as an Emergency Electrician. As there is always a demand for this profession, multiple career pathways will be opened for you.   

Who is this Course for?

This course is specifically designed to suit those individuals who want the skills and knowledge of a qualified professional electrician. No previous experience is necessary to enrol, and the only requirement is to be over 18 years of age. 

Entry Requirement:

• This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
• Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
• Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.

Method of Assessment:

Upon completion of the course, you will be required to sit for an online multiple-choice quiz based assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course (60% pass mark). The test will be marked immediately and results will be published instantly.

Certification

After successfully completing the course, you will be able to obtain the certificates. You can claim a PDF certificate by paying a little processing fee of £2. There is an additional fee to obtain a hardcopy certificate which is £9.

Career path

When you have completed this trade training program, you will earn the required certification to take the first step to become a Profession Electrician, starting your own business or working with another company. Alternatively, this qualification may help with a similar trade profession or technical vacancy you aspire to.
