In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of bookkeeping and familiarise with the role and responsibilities of a bookkeeper in detail. It includes step-by-step training on how to manage manual and computerised systems, with an introduction to the functionality of bookkeeping. You will learn how to handle different financial accounts, including the primary ledgers, and how to prepare a balance sheet for analysing the financial health of a business.

Who is this Course for?
This course is suitable for those who are pursuing a career in bookkeeping and want to gain a recognised qualification, fundamental skills, and knowledge to kickstart their career. There are no entry requirements for this course, however, having good numerical skills is beneficial.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
