Good Introduction into E&D
On the whole the course delivers an introduction to this complex work based subject. The only issue I had was the course material is based on American legislation and some of the terms of reference are not relevant to a UK/European learner. That said the additional material after sect 12 does then go over more relevant UK related issues and further reading.
Beware the exam once you click to start the exam your on the clock. So ensure you are ready before you start the exam, I clicked on the final exam when i meant to do the mock exam and that mistake cost me.
Overall a good foundation course to increase understanding of this mandated workplace issue.
