Who is This Course for?
This course is suitable for managers and supervisors who want to develop their leadership style and boost their skills and assertiveness in the workplace. It is also ideal for those who are working towards a more senior-level role and wish to gain the fundamental skills and knowledge to progress in their field. This course has no entry requirements and learners of all academic backgrounds can enrol.

- Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
- Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
