Who is This Course for?
This course is suitable for team leaders, managers, project managers and supervisors who want to learn about the fundamental principles of leadership for business. Our training is also ideal for those who wish to gain the skills and confidence to be promoted to a senior-level role. There are no entry requirements for this course.
- This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
- Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
- Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
The course has been endorsed under the ABC Awards and Certa Awards Quality Licence Scheme.
