Recruitment Consultant Diploma
Very good basic understanding of recruitment
This course was very heavily detailed on the recruitment process. It is very easy to follow with helpful videos as an additional material. Take lots of notes because the test at the end will be based on all the modules covered. The only downside is when undertaking the test the questions referring to the case studies was unclear. You don’t know which case study there referring to so my advice would be to jot the case studies as well. Apart from that this is a very good course I would recommend it to anyone who is considering a career in recruitment or who has just started there career in recruitment.
Robert Burkhalter
A very very important course to be taken in order to nail your interview at any situation and time. Cheers.
Betty Reder
Well informed course with much more details that are necessary to attain successful ventures. It helps to transgress all the socio-cultural boundaries in order to boost confidence through this course to win the hurdles of interviews.
Robert Crowley
My social anxiety as well as my introverted nature disallows me to develop.my conscience. This course can boost your conscience and your intuitionism in front of a formal interview board.
Margaret Merrill
The course is a parallel course to the importance of consultancies. This emphasis is on how you can nail your confidence while you are preparing for an interview. The tips and tricks to get recruited works as the best possible scenario in here.
Yvonne Connelly
It is very important that the course fullfills it’s all the necessary dimensions through several layers of psychoanalysis of how to get recruited by nailing an interview. Much helpful and worth the price!
Recruitment Consultant Diploma
Very useful course, especially if working at a junior level or limited experience.
Would have been useful to understand this was written from a US perspective rather than UK. The beginning 2 modules also sounded quite dated.
The case studies at the end of each module were interesting but perhaps a quiz at the end of each main section would have been useful along with the mock exam.
A useful exercise for me to do this course as it confirmed much of what I already kn ew and already have in practise from 16 years experience in Human Resources with a Level 7 (mater’s equivalent) in personnel and development. I feel I’ve consolidated my knowledge of recruitment and validated my experience.
