The Train the Trainer course is designed to provide training to those who are responsible for training colleagues and running training sessions with the skills and knowledge to implement effective adult learning in the workplace. 

In this course, you will receive training in all areas of adult learning, from training evaluation to team-building. Throughout the course, you will familiarise with a range of training methods that will help you to define your leadership style. On course completion, you will have an excellent understanding of the concept of learning as an ongoing process and how to implement effective training that meets the needs of your organisation.

Who is This Course for?

This training course is ideal for trainers who are responsible for leading teams and running training sessions for the purpose of upskilling the workforce. At the successful completion of the course, the learners can order an endorsed certificate of achievement by paying the fee of £108. There is an additional £10 postal charge for international students.

At the successful completion of the course, the learners may order the Certificate of Completion from Course Gate (soft copy) by paying only £2. For the Printed hard copy of the certificate, the learners have to pay £9.
